Mobile AI Server Cooling — Modular System Launch

EW JET PRODUCTS has launched its Mobile AI Server Cooling system — a modular, rack-mounted thermal management solution for high-density GPU servers. The system applies the same AL-NH₃ heat pipe technology developed for satellite thermal control to the challenge of cooling AI accelerators in data center and edge environments.

The system is modular by design: a single unit handles up to 600W of GPU heat load, and up to three units can be deployed together on a single rack to manage 1800W or more. Heat is transported via aluminum-ammonia heat pipes with zero working fluid in the electrical compartment, eliminating liquid leak risk entirely.

Unlike conventional liquid cooling systems, the EW JET solution requires no coolant distribution infrastructure, no pumps, and no maintenance. It is particularly suited to edge AI deployments, mobile command centers, and any environment where liquid cooling infrastructure is impractical or prohibited.
