How It Works

From GPU to Dissipator

Heat Pickup at GPU

The AL-NH₃ heat pipe evaporator contacts the GPU heat spreader, absorbing heat through phase-change evaporation at near-constant temperature.

Transport Along Heat Pipe

Vaporized NH₃ travels along the sealed heat pipe at near-zero pressure drop, carrying heat to the external dissipator outside the rack.

Condensation & Dissipation

At the condenser end outside the rack, heat is released via air fins or a liquid-cooled heat exchanger. No electronics, no pump.

Modular Stacking

Each module handles one GPU node at 600 W. Add modules as GPU density grows — no rack redesign, no new coolant infrastructure.
